Seriously Digg? I've seen some stupid ***** before, but a flaming cupcake making the front page? Yikes.
It is? You usually just log give iTunes your login again and everything works...Besides, how does that relate to any of the problems listed? It doesn't.

Yeah, AOL own the rights to Happy Birthday (a song that's so old and used so often around the world)? The son should have long since been public domain (like the smiley face). This reminds me of a documentary on Hulu about Monsanto (the guys who created RoundUp weed killing solution). That compnay owns all sorts of seeds. And not just any genetically created seeds, but regular ones such as corn and the likes. One sceen in the documentary talks about a farmer who had to destroy the majority of his crop because a corn seed from Monsanto happen to fall off a truck when that truck passed by. The seed ended up growing and multiplying eventually taking up a large amount of the farm. The man was charged for theft (I believe) and had to either pay Monsanto or destroy his crop. These copyrights are lame and useless, but unfortunately that's how the law goes right now.?
Good luck without Bob Hoskins. If they are really going to make it without destroying the legacy they'll need another really strong actor in his place. He's just so ***** good (beginning at 4:20):http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eosrujtjJHA |

While a bit far fetched based on this article, if Skype opens up it's client code it doesn't mean much beyond community sourcing development for their client (this would be good for them as well as consumers). If you're thinking they would ever open up the patent encumbered communications protocols they use, think again.

I'm all for flash on the iPhone, but it would HAVE to be restricted to a lite or iPhone version. Flash is too robust an application for everything that comes out of it to work on a touch screen device. For example, your finger on the screen is the equivalent of a mouse click on links, right? Well what about rollover states in flash button or movies, or parts of flash pieces where the entire point is interaction with the motion of the mouse and not necessarily the clicking of a button. How would an Interactive flash navigation that relies on a mouse over (not a click) to bring down a subnav work? I work in flash a little, by no means am I fluent, and digg me down if you must, but it just seems to me that people demanding flash on the iPhone haven't fully thought out the ramifications of what that would mean as far as a complete retooling of how flash works, or flash programmers have to develop new, or dual ways for their swf files to work.Serious question: Has anyone from Adobe addressed any of the issue that would be bound to pop up if Apple suddenly did allow flash on the iPhone? I know that Adobe has said they would need to work more with Apple to get something that's more than the SDK for them to get started on this, but to me is seems like it would be more Adobe's job than Apple's to get their software to work on a device that employes a fairly new way to interact with a personal computing device.
